About this policy

SongSpot World is a browser-based music guessing game at songspot.world. Contact support@songspot.world with privacy questions.

What the game stores

The game saves your options, recently shown songs, solved songs, and streak in your browser's local storage. You can clear these through your browser's site-data controls. A challenge link contains a song ID and the time to beat; sharing it is your choice.

If you create an account, we store the information needed for sign-in, such as your email address, account identifier, and session records, in our Cloudflare D1 database. The game itself does not require an account.

Service requests

Cloudflare hosts the site and may process standard request and security logs. Curated audio files are delivered from our Cloudflare R2 bucket. Searches may request track data from Deezer. Playing a Deezer preview or loading its album art also contacts Deezer's CDN, which receives the network information needed to deliver those files.

We do not run advertising or third-party analytics scripts on the game pages. We do not sell personal information.
